I just made these. They were wonderful. First time I ever used all oat flour in a recipe. I didn’t use sprinkle, the butter, or almond flavorings. I sprinkled a little cinnamon in. I did add a little Stevia. Next time I will omit. I let my egg and buttermilk sit out a while so it wouldn’t be so cold. I made 4 good size pancakes and I ate too and was satisfied. I usually can eat 3 this size. They were very filling.

Thanks for this recipe. I make pancakes a lot using whole wheat, spelt, kamut, flax, etc. These were very quick to make without grinding several flours.
