I’m glad to know that Girl Scout Cookies are now made with sustainably sourced palm oil. Still, it never hurts to be able to make your own. These sound great.

I love that you replicated the thin mint but made it a bit easier. I’m with you, I prefer to drizzle my cookies instead of dip them. Love this recipe. Pinned.
