This was such a hit! I sliced it into individual portions and took it to a bake sale at school. It disappeared really quickly! Everyone loved how colorful the poke cake looked, especially the children. It was enjoyable to make as well.

Is there a reason you can’t use the sweetened condensed milk in the cupcakes. Is it too messy; sometimes messy is good:)
