In reply to kelley. I air popped my popcorn, but you can use either kind. I always recommend using the kind with the least amount of flavoring :)

Hi Ashton-wanted to let you know I bought your wonderful book for myself for an early birthday present…..oh my GOSH-I have just about every page dog-eared! It’s one AMAZING book! And this popcorn is one amazing popcorn too. I made it to bring to our daughter’s house and my grandsons (and daughter & son in law) LOVED it…..so did my husband and I. I also made the sea salted caramel corn—my daughter swooned since salted caramel is one of her favorite things ever.

Thanks so much for writing this book and sharing all your wonderful recipes-I can’t wait to try more of them.
