The pb popcorn is nice and crunchy but the jelly popcorn is a bit soggy and soft. I used 1/2 candy melts and half chocolate. Next time I will use more candy melts for the jelly popcorn. Thanks for the great recipe! My boys are loving this!

My kids eat plain jelly sandwiches, go figure! love the popcorn idea!

It shouldn’t get soggy 🙂

It seems like about half of the feedback I’m getting is like this– I’d say try using some melting candy instead of chocolate, like Wilton’s melting discs (white). That will melt better, and harden better because of the wax in the candy.

Darn! I would try using a white candy melt instead of white chocolate– like Wiltons or maybe Almond Bark (although melting discs, like Wilton’s, are easier to measure). Those candy discs will harden a lot better, and they’ll melt easier too!
