This was a SUPER hit at the Dessert Social our parent group hosted for our teachers and staff at my daughter’s high school. AND, the amazement over the flavors and yumminess of the PB&J pop corn (https://www.somethingswanky.com/peanut-butter-and-jelly-popcorn/) was fun to see, too. I love this twist on pie! My mom would make dippers with the scraps of pie crust dough when we were kids, and this use for them is absolutely perfect 🙂
