I made just substituted olive oil for the egg wash to make them vegan. I did half with salt, 2 with cinnamon/sugar, and 2 with an herb/spice mix. They were all awesome!

Just made them! In fact, first time ever making any sort of “bread” type recipe and turned out perfectly. Had company over and they absolutely loved them! Delish!
